New actions produce new results.

Trying different actions and results leads to new outcomes and solutions.

New habits are formed after repeatedly doing a desired outcome.

New results become established after living in the new way repeatedly.

Observe what is draining your time and energy during the day.

Past Beliefs Influence Your Results, Actions, and What You Believe is Possible For You:

Your current moment is defined by your past beliefs.

All of our past actions have added up to the results and present moment you are looking at today.

Every habit you had created the appearance you have or the place you live and work, relationships, habits, patterns, habitual thoughts, things you have bought etc.

In our past, we all have had failures or uncomfortable experiences. It is just a part of life.

In order to learn something new, we also make mistakes. However, sometimes we think a mistake is proof that we were not good at something that was only the first attempt.

Maybe someone labeled us or made us feel judged. It happens as we grow up. Then we think that label is really what we are.

Our beliefs are our repeated thoughts from over the years and things we repeatedly heard.

This is how limiting beliefs become part of our identities.

Past situations taught you something that you unconsciously chose to believe and it shaped what you think is possible for you. It is limiting because it may be keeping you in a pattern or stuck thinking you are “too shy to ____,” (for example) or have fear to try something again.

We also have mistakes and failed experiences and then subconsciously use those experiences as “proof” that is true because it happened.

It may have happened once and defined us or maybe many times. One time or many times does not mean it has to be true forever and that it is unchangeable.

Part of this is due to biology and the reticular activating system of the brain that is designed to look for proof of our beliefs and show us proof of things that have come into our awareness.

Our brain works hard to prove what we believe to be true by showing us more evidence. It is biology and much of it programmed for us to survive, yet it interferes with modern life and when we want to change circumstances. Nature wants to let whatever was keeping us alive and working to continue, so if it is not a big threat, then it continues looking whatever is most efficient for survival. It continues to look for the familiar as a default so it does not have to work hard to find a unique and difficult solution. It finds us the easiest, suitable solution for survival.

We need to find proof that our limiting beliefs may not be true after all. We need to look for evidence that we can change.

We also compare our other cicumstances and draw conclusions and opinions of ourselves that are based on those experiences.

We do not need to let a one time event or mistake define us.

We can choose to let go and find beliefs that better serve us.

We can find the way to unwire limiting beliefs.

Here is How to Get Rid of Limiting Beliefs:

Why Our Thoughts & Emotions & Mood All Affect Action & Results:

Your energy creates your reality.

If you have thoughts of despair,
limitations like, “I can never do that,” or “I am not good enough,” or “Money is hard to make and you have to work hard to make money,”

or thoughts of frustration, they lead to more thoughts of despair, limitations, and frustration. All day long.

Those thoughts cause you to live in the energy of despair or limitation. You keep getting more limiting thoughts instead of finding new ways of thinking and new solutions.

If your energy is in defeat, you will see defeat.

*Work on Changing Thoughts by listening to inspiring people to replace your self talk. To be aware of thoughts and try to redirect them to a new belief.

*We Need to Find Proof or Evidence that Proves Wrong Our Limiting Beliefs

Problems Are a Part of Life.

Sometimes it may be great to grind slowly at goals and do small steps or get 1% better every day or most days. But what if we want to see bigger changes or have been stuck with a situation or “problem” for a long time and feel we have tried everything and never get anywhere?

“Problems” Can Even Be Seen As A Positive! If we have a problem and solve it, we come up with a solution.

The solution may be something wonderful!

It may have never existed without the problem!

“There is a perfect solution to every problem.”

If you have a desire, there is a solution. We have to be open to the process to discover solutions outside what we normally consider. We learn and grow as we solve problems. When we solve problems, we create. We even birth new things. In the end, we enjoy the solution.

“All possibilities are open to me.”

Feel inspired and excited to pursure your desires everyday. Act from a place of inspiration. Focus on your energy when you show up in your life.

Your energy of dissatisfaction creates more dissatisfaction. Maybe approach dissatisfaction with the energy of curiosity if you cannot approach it from inspiration or excitement.

If you have a genuine desire, the means to achieve it must exist.

If you currently feel limited as you work through limitations, there is an equal solution to every problem but it may not be in our awareness (law of opposition).

Your New Thoughts Create New Actions. Be Open-Minded to Solutions You Never Considered:

We need to look at things in a new way and find new solutions.

Thoughts lead to actions.

Actions lead to solutions.

Inspired Thoughts and Inspired Actions.

Make New Decisions.

Live, Act, Move in a new way.

Our most “…dependable behaviors become the major obstacles to future success.” -Price Pritchett.

Our daily habits keep life the same and block us from a new outcome. We may be stuck in routines and jobs that are blocking us from what we truly want.

Actively choose a new identity and act like who you want to become.

Respond as your future self.

Release parts of you that are trying to prove yourself or acting for validation.

Break the idea that you are stuck a certain way and instead tune into new thoughts or feelings.

You can replace negative self talk by listening to inspirational speakers to get new inspiration.

Your past idenitites continue you on a path that keep old habits going. They be negative habits of “self” that are perpetuating your circumstances.

Identities also have “Anchors” that stabilize who we are and make your identity feel real, embodied, and consistent.

Examples of “Identity Anchors:”

  1. Environment
  2. Relationships
  3. Values & Beliefs
  4. Habits & Behaviors
  5. Narrative (the story you tell yourself about your life and circumstances). There is even a category of therapy called, “Narrative therapy” where you work on your inner story of what your beliefs are and what you are telling yourself about your life.

You can take stock of these categories to see what your limiting beliefs may be and that gap between who you currently are and where you want to be.

Journaling Exercise to Find Your Best Self:

Feel and imagine your new self.

Ask, Who am I?

How is my life different?

Where am I going?

What does it feel like?

What are the habits of new me?

What are my new beliefs I need to believe in order for this to be true or beliefs that better serve me? We want empowering beliefs that make us feel capable.

What does my day-to-day look like?

What do I eat?

Your new routine?

What is the attitude of this new version of you?

What is my new environment like and how are my relationships?

What is your new inner story?

What habits and actions do you now need to take to get there?

Define your goals. Define your desire in a way that is aligned and meaningful for you.

Who is the version of you that already exists in this reality where this would be natural and easy for you (imagine the details)?

We can try and taste the different experiences the world has to offer. The world has many possibilities. The region we live determines a dramatic change in lifestyle when we compare various cultures, countries, and regions. You may be stuck seeing the world in the way of your region.

Write down your desires. Map out your vision.

Write down limiting beliefs…anything that makes you think it is not possible for you and why.

Write below your limiting beliefs, “I release these and I am staying open to all possibilities because there are solutions that exist outside my awareness and I am open to all possibile solutions.”

Also, say goodbye to past versions of you and current version of you. You can visualize this and thank yourself for doing the best you could with what you knew at the time. Release that past version of you and let go and allow yourself to transform.

Brainstorm ways you can be fulfilled in the present moment.

Take action towards your desires from a place of fun, joy and excitement if possible.

Wouldn’t like be more fun if we are taking action from alignment, joy, and enjoyment?

We need to find that.

Release the past.

No longer project your past onto the future. The longer we live in past identities, the longer we perpetuate that identity and stay stuck.

We have to be open to the idea that the future is new and we can be renewed version as well.

Certain failures, blocks, limitations of the past don’t define your future success unless you identify with your past failures and blocks or label yourself.

The possibilities are endless.

We align to things when we are energetically aligned to them. To be in the energy of “athlete” or the energy of “creation” or passion or sadness, etc.

Problems help you create.

When you have a problem, it requires you to look for solutions. Those solutions can create new realities, even birth new things into existence.

Steps to Overcome Limiting Beliefs and Quatum Leap to New Solutions:

  1. Become aware of your thoughts, moods, and actions by considering what you say out loud to others.
  1. Identify beliefs you have about yourself and try to trace back what happened or what was said that may have caused it. Know that a one time experience does not need to define you and you can start new and become who you want to be.
  1. Consider new evidence that this does not have to be true. Research online and look up other people. Be open that you can have a new experience in the future and new way of seeing yourself.
  2. Be open to new solutions and possibilities you never considered. Seek for guidance in different places.

Let go of control, expectations, or the limitations by being open to any and all possibilities being available to you.

We do not know everything the world has to offer and we only have the knowledge of our current life experiences. There is so much knowledge out there and so many possibilities not in our awareness.

Taking new, inspired action, different from what you normally do will lead to a new end result. Living and acting in a new way.

Check your progress at the end of the day.

Plan what you can do better tomorrow.

Keep your goals on your phone and review them daily.

Have daily action steps.

Put your phone on do not disturb at work.

Reduce notifications and pings in general.

Ask what is the return for the investment for the hour of your time.

Working towards a goal that will unlock other goals.

What does your current environment tell yourself and others about your inner state?

Can you take steps to improve your environment that will help you be set up for success?

Curate who you spend your time around because other people can shape how you think. Protect your energy when needed.

The path unfolds as you walk it.

“Most of us can be found flying too close to the ground. Too often we don’t give ourselves permission to soar.” “Give yourself permission to dream, to risk. You must let yourself free.” —Price Pritchett.
If the things you have been doing are no longer working for you, stop doing them. “If you just quit what you have been doing…instead of doing it harder, you at least create opportunity, some ‘white space’ -to do something else.”-Price Pritchett.
