Try these journal prompts daily to help improve your mood, increase motivation, and inspire you to reach your goals!

Research has shown journaling reduces stress. It can be a quick 5 minute or less session to improve your life. Studies have also shown that celebrating small wins incresases motivation.

Daily Journal Prompts:

1. Write down 1 thing that inspires you or that makes you want to work on your goals.
Or write down 1 person that inspires you to accomplish your goals and why they inspire you.
2. What would your ideal life feel like? What can you do today or tomorrow to take small steps towards your ideal life or create that feeling?
3. Write down 1 thing or 1 moment that brought you joy today.

4. Write down what you are looking forward to or excited about. It can be anything coming up tomorrow, the weekend, or even the future. You may be excited about something you hope to accomplish or a big project.

5. What is 1 small win from today or what did you accomplish today?
